These tools allow to cluster peptides and proteins\nabundance, expressed as spectral counts, and to manipulate them\nin groups of metaproteins. This information can be represented\nusing multiple visualization functions to portray the global\nmetaproteome landscape and to differentiate samples or\nconditions, in terms of abundance of metaproteins, taxonomic\nlevels and/or functional annotation. The provided tools allow\nto implement flexible analytical pipelines that can be easily\napplied to studies interested in metaproteomics analysis.",
